A juvenile diabetic who shatters the stigma surrounding the disease

Today the organization has more than 1,000 families, and it holds dozens of activities throughout the year, including lectures to raise awareness of the disease in schools, and help families with diabetic children. In 2012 it also reached some new settlements. A year later, Kassis received the title "Man of the Year" from the large volunteer organization Lions, and was invited to lecture at the Israeli TEDx.
